FIERCE is thrilled to add Chloe Rodriguez to the club's staff. She will be working with the Academy teams alongside Academy Director Rachelle D'Amico and Lead Coach Alex Moy. With her addition, FIERCE continues to promote a women-led staff that provides valuable representation to our players.
Coach Chloe is from Wichita Falls, Texas, and has dedicated 19 years to playing soccer. Her journey began in childhood, continued through all four years of high school, and extended into college play at the University of Houston-Victoria. Overall, she joins with a strong background in the game, and her experience and enthusiasm for coaching make her a great addition to the team!

Coach Chloe shared her own joy towards becoming a member of the FIERCE staff:

Throughout my career, I have not only honed my skills on the field but also developed a deep understanding of teamwork, discipline, and the importance of a positive mindset. I am passionate about bringing these values to my coaching at FIERCE, where I aim to be a positive role model and mentor for my players. I look forward to sharing my experiences and fostering a supportive and motivating environment for everyone on the team.
Coach Chloe's hiring continues the club's mission to elevate woman leaders in the game. FIERCE takes pride in the fact that 9 of the club's 13 coaches are women, without compromising on maintaining the highest coaching standards for all players. The club is delighted to have Coach Chloe on board and excited for the impact she will have on the Academy players!
